Product Overview

Recently, Jiangsu Huada’s independently R&D "Integrated Solid Waste Gasification & Pyrolysis Complete Equipment" — with fully-owned intellectual property rights — has officially departed for delivery.

As a low-temperature composite sludge drying system, this equipment can gasify and pyrolyze sludge into clean energy, achieving energy self-sufficiency throughout the sludge drying process. Meanwhile, the technology can utilize surplus energy from factories or plants (such as flue gas, steam, natural gas, hot water or biogas) as heat sources to realize volume reduction and harmless treatment of solid waste. This significantly improves energy utilization efficiency, cuts energy consumption and slashes the operational costs of factories and plants.

Featuring an integrated box-type design, the equipment occupies a small footprint and is equipped with a complete tail gas treatment system to ensure emission compliance. Its internal labyrinth structure, combined with mesh belt operation under negative pressure, effectively controls dust generation. In terms of drying performance, the equipment can reduce the moisture content of municipal wet sludge to below 10%, and even lower to 5‰ for sludge in the calcium carbonate industry. The multi-layer mesh belt structure provides larger drying area and higher drying intensity, ensuring stable operation and low maintenance costs.
